I take privacy seriously. This page explains what data this site and my services collect, how I use it, and how you can ask me to delete it. Plain language, no dark patterns.

    Who I am

    BLYN Studio is a one-person AI services studio operated by Barnabás Ferencz, based in Budapest, Hungary. I'm the only person who handles your data.

    What this site collects

    When you fill out the contact form on the site, I receive your name, email address, optionally a company name, an approximate budget range you select, and the message you write.

    When you load any page, anonymous analytics (Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics with anonymized IP) record the page URL, your country, device type, and referring site. No personal identifiers.

    Your light/dark theme preference is stored in a local-storage entry on your device. It never leaves your browser.

    How I use what I collect

    Contact form submissions: to read your inquiry and reply. Nothing else. They're not added to a CRM, never sold, never used for marketing emails.

    Analytics: to understand which pages people read, which links they click, and how the site performs. Aggregate only — I cannot identify individual visitors from this data.

    Third parties

    Resend — sends the email I receive when you submit the contact form. Their privacy policy at resend.com.

    Google Analytics — page-view analytics with anonymized IP. Their privacy policy at policies.google.com.

    Vercel — hosts the site and provides Vercel Analytics. Their privacy policy at vercel.com.

    Tally — the existing form-submissions backend (if/when migrated). Their privacy policy at tally.so.

    Your rights under GDPR

    You can ask me at any time to: show you what data I hold on you, correct anything inaccurate, delete everything, or export it in a portable format.

    Send the request to hello@blynstudio.com. I respond within seven days.

    You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH).

    How long I keep it

    Contact submissions: kept until you ask me to delete them, or until the engagement is finished — whichever comes first.

    Analytics: retained according to the provider defaults (Google Analytics: 14 months; Vercel Analytics: 30 days).

    Changes

    If this policy changes materially, the 'Last updated' date above changes too. Check periodically if you care about the specifics.
