Claude & OpenClaw setup
A Claude-powered agent running on your own infrastructure, connected to the tools your team already uses.
OpenClaw is a self-hosted AI agent that uses Claude as its engine. I deploy it on your servers, wire it to your chat tools and internal APIs, and tune the system prompt and tool access for the work your team actually does. Your data stays in your environment; nothing routes through a third-party SaaS chat product.
- OpenClaw deployment on your infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, or bare metal)
- Claude API setup with cost monitoring and rate limits
- Integration with your chat tools (Slack, Teams, Discord)
- Custom tool access — your internal APIs, databases, file stores
- Documented system prompt tuned to your workflows
Teams that want a capable AI assistant but can't put company data through a public SaaS chat product.
Solo founders or pre-PMF teams — self-hosting only makes sense when data residency or custom tool access is a real requirement.
Audit & scope
We start with a conversation about what you actually do day-to-day. I map the workflows, identify what's worth automating and what isn't, and write up a scoped proposal with a fixed price.
Design
Architecture, data flow, integration points. You see the full system on paper before I touch any code — so we catch the wrong call cheaply, not after it's built.
Build
I build, iterate, and test against real data from your business. You see progress weekly in a shared environment, not as a single reveal at the end.
Deploy & handoff
We launch together. I document everything in your tools (Notion, your repo, wherever you keep things), and I stay on call for the first few weeks while your team gets comfortable.
