Dashboards
A real dashboard showing what's happening in the business — not a Looker Studio mosaic nobody opens.
I build dashboards as web apps, not as BI tools. They pull from the systems you already run, show the numbers that actually inform decisions, and live somewhere your team checks because it's useful — not because someone made them.
- Data layer: warehouse setup or direct integration (Supabase, BigQuery, Postgres)
- Custom web dashboard with your brand and the metrics you care about
- Scheduled refreshes and real-time where it matters
- Drill-down views, not just top-line numbers
- Embedded AI summaries — what changed this week, in plain English
Teams pulling reports manually every Monday morning and tired of it.
Companies with one source of truth already working — don't rebuild what isn't broken.
Audit & scope
We start with a conversation about what you actually do day-to-day. I map the workflows, identify what's worth automating and what isn't, and write up a scoped proposal with a fixed price.
Design
Architecture, data flow, integration points. You see the full system on paper before I touch any code — so we catch the wrong call cheaply, not after it's built.
Build
I build, iterate, and test against real data from your business. You see progress weekly in a shared environment, not as a single reveal at the end.
Deploy & handoff
We launch together. I document everything in your tools (Notion, your repo, wherever you keep things), and I stay on call for the first few weeks while your team gets comfortable.
